Full Journal pdf2004-05-11 House Journal Page 4301 HB 288 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4208) on the following at this time: 2d CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 288(RLS) "An Act changing the name of the Department of Community and Economic Development to the Department of Commerce and Community and Economic Development." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 288(STA) "An Act changing the name of the Department of Community and Economic Development to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to 2d CSHB 288(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHB 288(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to 2d CSHB 288(RLS)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 288(STA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
